The checker and the fine calculator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us and we do not store them. The embedded widgets work the same way.
The contact form
If you send the form, we get your name, firm, email, phone, gang size and message. We use it only to reply and to talk to you about our right to work and payroll service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering an enquiry you chose to send.
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years from our last contact, unless you become a client. Then our client terms apply.
Our suppliers: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form messages. An email delivery service sends each message to our team inbox. They act on our instructions.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our host may keep short-lived technical logs to keep the site safe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it. Call 023 9280 0686 or use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
